My neighbor and football (soccer) buddy makes the pasta at August and we went with him for lunch one day and they brought us just about everything on the menu. It was awesome. I agree the lineup is less exciting than I hoped. I'm thinking first friday (hoping gary clark jr goes on before john mayer) and second saturday (hoping frank ocean doesn't completely overlap with fleetwood mac.) But of course all jazz fest does is overlap so I'm not holding my breath.
That sounds like an amazing lunch. Agreed, I could make a good 2 day fest out of the top half of the lineup. Don't know enough of the bottom, but guessing I could see a number of them on any trip to NOLA.
