Re-read the thread. I feel pretty strongly that Mafia is EAP, KDogg, and a third. Maybe that third was Mike D or maybe the third is still alive.
I'll change my vote if it makes you feel any better about me. I just don't see how you come to the conclusion an Inspector has EAP's name aside from a possible false claim. Even if I did vote EAP to tie things up, we'd be leaving the ultimate decision in the hands of Bacon... and I'm not so sure about that either.
