Yeah, but how'd they get Petty out of that over Phil Lesh? Just making an educated guess, you think? Also, what about ZZ Top? That came out of nowhere (meaning nobody on here has posted that I don't think) and makes a ton of sense for Bonnaroo.
The fact that Papa Steve said that he'd let us know later if it was a lock and then him being confident that Petty will headline? Maybe WeepingElvis just ran with it?
Just seems strange that someone from inforoo brings that info up and now that's being reported on the blog.
The ZZ Top mention is odd. If all 3 of these acts are definitely at Roo this year then I think I'd be looking at that site in a different light, because I don't think anyone on here has really mentioned ZZ Top.
