Almost none of that is known right now, and it would just be a sub-list from this list.
If a major-festival-headliner sized band is going to tour next summer, production and preliminary tour routing is already in progress. The NYCH fall tour, which is very low-budget and likely the easiest headliner tour to "pull off" was being planned as early as January. A summer tour, or someone with a production like Daft Punk's, is much more difficult logistically given there are more bands touring for a finite number of large venues, so the process needs to have started already. And along with the planning is the buzz process, which is either intentionally being generated or is leaking out from promoters. Pointing out hints that a band is working on an album (daft punk), thinking about touring (rolling stones), collaborating (hate to say it, but Outkast), doing a one off appearances (beck), touring europe (paul simon), is far more useful to this process than listing every large band you can thinking of then sitting back and waiting for the applause.
Some promoters here in KC that I know contacted Daft Punk's booking agency about playing in KC and they were told that it is nearly impossible to get them to play and that offers would need to start at 250K plus expenses and it would likely take much, much more than that to get them to come play. I think that unless DP is in the U.S. and actively touring, it will be impossible to get them to come to Bonnaroo. I would be surprised if AC hadnt given it a try in the past and found it to be too troublesome and costly to do so.
