I've been going through a big transition recently. I was smoking, not working out, and switching between eating right and eating junk for a long time and I decided that I really needed to change that.
I quit smoking at the beginning of November, and I've gone from being vegetarian who ate a lot of fries and beer to vegan and am cooking most of my meals. I've also started doing Couch to 5k. I'm not as focused on weight loss, but I kind of realized that everything about my lifestyle was really destructive and I'm focused on being healthy now.
I'm definitely excited about making healthy changes, but it's really hard.
