I had multiple failed attempts to buy Tier 3 and Tier 4 tickets. So, in my 2 hours of ticket-buying hell I decided to go for Tier 5 on the off chance that maybe I could "bribe them" by paying more money for my ticket and it would go through (I know....stupid logic, but I was desperate). Oddly enough, I was successful, thus, temporarily reinforcing my stupid logic.
To my surprise, I got an email from musictoday stating that they were refunding me the difference between tier 4 and tier 5 tickets. I was thrilled!!! It does appear that they are trying to correct the unfortunate errors in the system.
I commend their response and look forward to another tremendous year of music and art!
